These folks held a delivery for me that involved a component very critical to my work in the area. I really appreciated them looking out for the delivery and holding it for me til I arrived the next day. Next time I return to Port Arthur I will be staying here again. All the other amenities were fine at a fair price.

The Mexican grill next door was awesome. Front desk lady was nice. Pool area was well kept and a nice amenity. Down side was our toilet was broken, the pull out bed had trash and pills in it. Plastic was ripped open and mattress was dirty. No sheets. Husband asked for bedding and got only a ripped quilt. We didnt feel safe to put the kids on it as planned. We left in the middle of the night because we couldnt all fit in the bed.

This is a decent and basic hotel but nice enough for the price. I thought the beds were comfortable but the person in the room next to me kept seeing the smoke alarm off by smoking so my experience was not as good as a typical visitor.
