Everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay! From the warm welcome by the staff to my time at the hotel, everything was fantastic. I visited during the recent snowstorm, and as a woman, I felt completely safe the entire time. The room was lovely, reminiscent of my apartment days—very clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay at an affordable price!

Great place for a long stay👍

Great rooms, more like a one-bedroom apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen with a full oven and range top. Large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with a few plates bowls pots pans etc. Super comfortable bed, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. They communicated very well with me and set up a lockbox when I was planning to arrive after their office closed. I highly recommend it.

The hourly wakeup call from the helicopter landing 100 ft from the front door of the hotel was wonderful. You should really put that in the hotel details as it was a complete surprise and ruined my entire stay.

Great place to stay, clean, and a full kitchen

Everything was wonderful. The only drawback is the hospital heliport next to the hotel which gets noisy when they land, but I learned to ignore it and it usually didn’t last more than a minute or so.

For a long term stay it’s fantastic but for a few days a regular hotel would be better, and I greatly dislike having to leave my room to meet a food delivery person!

Very disappointed!!

Room was new. New Paint smell & drywall dust on door stop. Grout grit & dirt on floor. Not sure it had been cleaned post construction?? Found old French fries on floor under kitchen cabinet. No broom or way to sweep the floors. Kitchen lighting hung low in walking space instead of over the sink/counter area so if you’re 6 feet or taller you have to DUCK to avoid smashing your head into the light fixture! That’s an injury waiting to happen. Very poor design! Only one small trash in bathroom. None in bedroom area. Would be nice to have one in the kitchen. WiFi was spotty & cable tv didn’t connect to basic network channels. Could not select NBC to watch Olympic games coverage. ZERO amenities. One small round of hand soap. No lotion or kitchen cleaning supplies. One small square cloth for kitchen. You could wash but not dry. No place to place a suitcase except the floor. Washcloth had black spots on it. Exterior doors were a bit of a surprise. Look closely at courtyard images…then you can see them in the distance if you really look. No breakfast. Keurig coffee IF the front office is open, otherwise you get 2 small filter packs for coffee maker. We departed early each day & returned late at night. No safe to place valuables in, so we didn’t even bother complaining about our room dirt because we couldn’t secure our valuables to have our room cleaned by housekeeping services. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $450+ WE SPENT FOR OUR THREE NIGHT STAY!
