「Worst hotel stay of my life. The first room entered had an awful wet dog and urine odor the second you stepped through the door. We immediately went back to the front to ask for a new room, and the attendant was very kind and gave us another room. The second room also had a similar odor and damp carpet throughout the whole room. I felt disgusted the entire night. The only reason I would give this hotel a 1 star is because of the hotel attendant being kind.」

「Toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall, toilet valve was leaking. Office had a bad smell so not sure what was going on there. Check-in staff was very nice!」
