"We had a great stay at Cabana Bay overall. The retro vibe is fun and the pools, especially the lazy river, were a big hit with the kids. The location and early park admission made park days much easier, and transportation was smooth. Our family suite was spacious and practical, which worked really well for us. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food offering was just okay, convenient, but nothing memorable, and the resort can feel busy at times. Still, it’s a solid option for families visiting Universal and offers good value for staying on-site."

"Our room was very clean. Perfect for a couple. Everything needed to enjoy our stay soap,. dish cloths, coffee, dish soap, bath gels etc. was in place. People were polite. Easy in and out registration."

"During our 5 days stay here there was a power outage for 2 hours where we lost our dinner/groceries. This resort doesn’t have a back up generator and it’s a time share location. My over all experience with the staff was they were not helpful, didn’t really care. The only good thing is there are a lot of kids activities on site. I would really think twice before booking here again."

"We had a pretty busy week in Orlando planned so we didn't use much of the resorts amenities, but the room was excellent. Clean, well maintained, lots of space, and a great value for what we paid. Spacious bathroom, good kitchen area, and nice screened in patio. I would definitely stay here again. Good location too, making it quick and easy to get to the Disney Parks, and right across 192 from Publix making grocery runs convenient. "
