First, let me say that I travel very often for my job and I was greatly disappointed in this stay which was for a much needed Motherās Day vacation with my husband and toddler. On that note, when we walked in to the lobby I had to greet the front desk clerk who didnāt notice us because he couldnāt be bothered to get off his phone. Then he tells me I have to pay $30 per night for parking which was sneaky as it wasnāt obvious on the website and petty for the hotel to require. Nothing to do there just thought Iād mention in case others are looking to book. Then when we went to take a shower there was NO HOT WATER and the GLASS shelf in the shower was very loose and about to fall off. And there were only 2 towels when I specified on the reservation that 3 people will be in the room. Also I guess they have some sort of neon sign on the building so even in the middle of the night the room was lit up so my toddler woke up every few hours thinking it was morning. Speaking of kids, I donāt recommend this hotel if you have littles because it is pretty dangerous. There is no bathtub (only a shower) and the doors to the bathroom and toilet room are barn door style but just hooked on the top, so they can push from the bottom and the door will then slam into them if youāre not careful. Also thereās no privacy in the bathroom as the wall is literally just open to the bedroom in the top and bottom of the wall where the sinks are. Lastly the hallways are DARK, you can barely see.
