「Clean room, great stay!」

「Excelentes instalaciones y ubicación. Excelente staff y habitaciones cómodas.」

「It was my favorite spot in playa del carmen. However, this year they made a lot of changes. The food was the main reason why I will not recommend this place. They limited the all inclusive menu and the buffet. To be honest I preffered to eat out of the hotel. I am planning to change my hotel for next year and telling my friends about the new changes on the hotel, so they can think twice before booking this hotel.」

「很烂 垃圾不扔 毛巾浴巾不换」

「Bonito lugar y muy amable personal.」

「Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed.」

「1推销自费的服务人员极力推销，影响旅行体验，2.已经订好好的酒店在check in 的时候前台强制再多付700美金，最后多给了现金500才放行，以后不会再到这个酒店度假」

「Had a wonderful experience at the reef club. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. We had a lot of fun with water aerobics, stretching exercises , going to the beach. We were visiting during Dia de los Muertos. The reef club made it very special with unbelievable decorations and employee Catrina contest. Laura gave the best birthday massage.」
