「Es war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird täglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frühstücken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Küche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Möglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und...

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony 」

「Un séjour dans cet hôtel qui propose des conditions exceptionnelles pour agrémenter les vacances tranquilles en couple. Appartement avec balcon et vue mer. La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture. Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace. Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement...

「Villa de 2 hab. Totalmente equipada y muy espaciosa y piscina privada. El desayuno esta bien pero al ser una sala sin ventanas no se siente que esta uno en zona de playa. Notamos que cambian las toallas aunque se indique que no y esto no es muy ecologico y recomendados a pesar de ser gran lujo establecer una política al respecto」

「Had a great stay at La Plantation in May. Lovely big room and bathroom which was super clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. Special mention to Lily for the great daily yoga sessions! The food was also a real highlight with a great range of fresh salads, cheeses, bread and the cook to order fresh seafood and meats were delicious. Having a choice of king prawns, swordfish, sea bass and langoustine made the buffet worthy of 5* . We wanted a week of total...
