「Embarrassingly bad. This hotel has the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Poorly cleaned rooms, stained curtains, floors. I took off a jacket and it fell into the corner, in the morning I picked up a water soaked jacket with no explanation where the water came from? Anyway, do your research, I wish I had something nicer to say but I'm speaking the truth to help other travelers.」

「This hotel has a massive problem. We got an early check in after getting off a cruise. We were very grateful, but no sooner than putting our heads down we were awaken by random people having extended conversations right outside the window. I got up, went to the window, pulled the curtain back and saw slated windows. Stay here only if you don't mind hearing every single conversation in the hallways as if they were in your room. 「I stayed here for four nights (3/20-3/24) and overall had an okay experience. The shared spaces—the bar, pool, and restaurant—are nice, and it’s great that breakfast is included. Breakfast could use more variety. Most mornings it was bagels, toast, croissants, turkey and cheese, and apples. It would have been nice to have options like bananas, berries, or yogurt. Clearer instructions on where to go for breakfast would also help. Beach access could also be explained better. The beach is close,...

「Rooms were nothing like pictures Water coming out of faucet was only a stream. Rust in and under sink Electric plugs all on back walls so no where to charge electrical items near the beds No clock in room. Furniture was one chair and it was all stained. Do not recommend this place to anyone 」
