"The location was great to walk to everything we wanted to visit in the French quarter and was also close to the street cars at Canal St. we did opt to park in the pay to park lot next door and it saved us a tremendous amount of money. The daily breakfast was always good and plentiful!"

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The property feels outdated, the carpets were noticeably dirty, and the Wi‑Fi did not work at any point during our three‑day stay. The front desk area also had a strong chemical odor, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the valet service was concerning, one of the attendants returned our car with sweat left on the console and a strong smell of what seemed like weed. Although the front office said they would report it to the valet company, no follow‑up or gesture of goodwill was offered, despite the condition in which our car was returned. Overall, the hotel feels overrated for the price, and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest experience was disappointing."

"Everything was great but there is some structural damage and a coat of paint needed on the 4th floor corridor. Additionally, the first night we got there the pool was extremely dirty so we didn’t get to use it. But staff let us know it would be cleaned later in the week. Overall it was a great experience. The rooms are clean, staff was great, and it’s super convenient because of its location."
