「Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. 「When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......」
