「This is the second time I have stayed in GemstoneBR. I am so satisfied! This is definitely the best condo I have ever lived in in the Philippines! The rooms of both Makati and Pasay are very beautiful and clean. I will definitely come again!」

「The listing advertised accommodations including one queen bed, three double beds, one sofa bed, and one single bed. However, upon arrival, the unit only had one queen bed, one single bed, a sofa bed, and an extra mattress placed on the floor. This is a significant discrepancy from what was advertised and materially affected our stay. In addition, the condition of the condominium was unacceptable. The unit was not properly cleaned, and we encountered roaches and other bugs in multiple areas,...

「The corner room had a good ocean view and bridges. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and bars with live bad nearby. Price is right approx. $35.00 The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation. Long wait for elevators, one is always broken. Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak. If you can pass the elevators smells. It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. 」

「When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......」

「This is a condo that is being subleased. The key is sitting in a mailbox. There is security, Good Hot Water, & internet as well as a smart TV with Netflix however the room is dirty with no soap in the shower. 」

「Close proximity to cheap eats, shopping in walking distance. Malls and the airport are close by as well. Jen is the best! I came back for a second stay!」
