The management didn’t do anything to accommodate us or even offer to transfer us to a different room. The floor feels unsettled. I would definitely caution booking this resort. "Inexpensive basic inn only ideal for few hours of stay. Place is dirty with molds and some traces of stains in the bathroom. You will not have a goodnight sleep here as you will hear loud noises from neighboring rooms, banging on doors. Unreliable WiFi. Not bad if you just need a place to stay for fee hours before your flight and if you are lucky that no other guests are loud during your stay. "

"The hotel is very nice! Really close to the beach and to all the stores around it. My kids enjoyed walking around and being able to get food nearby. The room we stayed in was very nice and cozy. The breakfast buffet was great! We looked forward to every morning! The pools are super nice. The water is warm and my kids enjoyed swimming anytime of the day. This was my second time staying at Hennans and will definitely come back for more!"
