"The property is at the middle of nowhere. It is a really nice place but the roads going there from the airport is terrible. It is very rough road, nothing to do , it is at the middle of farm land. At night , no security, no on call staff to assist for emergencies. We had a leak in the bathroom closer to 10 pm - no one showed up to help us fix the problem."

"Clean modern rooms. We stayed 2 nights here. Cons: Our bidet was leaking water from the hose connection which caused the room to smell badly of sewage, hotel staff were able to fix it after the first night. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options included. Birds kept landing on the serving utensils at buffet breakfast, not sure how they could prevent that but not the cleanliest. "Our stay at RC was quite amazing. The entire staff especially Matt the owner, were amazing and the hospitality they’ve showed was top notch. There were some initial hiccups we ran into but they were quick to resolve it and compensate it, but nothing that would make me give them 4 stars or below. Though this place maybe is a bit far from the downtown El Nido but there’s trikes everywhere that you can get. Couldn’t recommend this place enough."
