I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay.
