Excellent service and incredibly kind staff! We arrived at 7 AM after a long-haul flight, well before the 3 PM check-in. They prioritized cleaning a vacant room for us, and by 10 AM we were able to check in. I even asked about the early check-in fee, and they said, “It’s all good!”, no extra charge. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in the most perfect location , so very close to the airport. Atmosphere is calming and feels restful. My room stayed clean and fully stocked with the basic necessities such as soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, and fresh clean robes and towels. The value is reasonable considering the service, location, and ambience is excellent. Zero noise, you can have restful night or day or afternoon naps. Service is Filipino best- all staff from the security guards, receptionist, cleaners, bar waiters, everyone is giving you full best Pinoy style give your all service and greetings with hand to heart gestures. The amenities from the gym, infinity pool, bars/restos, everything feels like a dream.
