「Excellent customer service」

「This is not a place to welcome people. It is very dirty and not safe, there were more than 20 men doing some weird business just outside the room. We changed the hotel because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. We would have not been able to sleep there in these conditions. We usually don’t have high standards in terms of rooms, but this was just not acceptable. 」

「So the pics look cute but rustic. Well that doesn't describe the actual condition the place was in. By the USA standards the place would have been condemned. Rotten wood holding up the building. Rooms missing wood and trim, ceiling panels about to fall, mold throughout causing horrible smell, no hot water. During the day while we were gone thay would shut off our a/c, it would take 2-3 hours after we got back to cool the room enough to go into them. Breakfast was cooked, but at like 5:30 in the...

「A place for sleeping after a busy day joining the tour of the islands. Room is very basic with Aircon . WiFi is only available on certain areas of the property . Water heater didnt work . The water gets warm though during sunny days . The plus factor of the hotel is that it’s located on the city proper of coron so restaurants ,shops, laundromat are all within walking distance」

「Centralt hotell nära hamnen. Inte det mest rena hotellet, då vi hitta en hel del spindelnät och en stor spindel på taket när vi skulle lägga oss. Var noga m att kolla fakturering för handdukar innan ni lånar då vi blev efter fakturerade pga av dålig information fr deras sida. Bortsett fr detta rymligt rum och nära till det mesta. Får det man betalar för 」

「This property no longer exists!!! Expedia even sent me transportation info 2 days before I arrived! left with no hotel after a days travel at 7 pm at night! I've paid Expedia over £300 on Jan 27th. which to date they refuse to return. many wasted phone calls, customer service is useless. Disgraceful Expedia ruined my holiday Beware!! Do not use Expedia!」

「Accessible location, quiet neighborhood, clean property but you need to request for room service. They should provide additional garbage bin. They should provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Experienced water outage but they contacted someone for water delivery. Free drinking water, coffee and tea. 」
