Yes. Cockroaches in the unit where I stayed. Crew are not friendly specially security crews. I got stack in the elevator. They need to fumigate the room.

Absolutely unacceptable. Worst stay I’ve ever booked through Expedia. I’ve been a loyal Expedia customer for nearly ten years, and this is by far the most frustrating, mismanaged, and unacceptable experience I’ve ever had. 1. Total failure by the property manager The property manager failed to inform the front desk of our arrival. Because of this negligence, we were denied access to the unit we had already paid for. Past midnight, we were moved to a different unit in another building. A unit that was filthy and crawling with cockroaches. This is not a minor oversight; this is a basic failure of hospitality. 2. No disclosure of a scheduled power shutdown There was a scheduled electricity and elevator shutdown on 11/19, with notice sent to the property manager on 11/11. We were staying on the 21st floor, yet no one informed us in advance. No warning, no courtesy message, nothing. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. 3. Cockroach infestation This was not a few bugs. The unit was infested, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. It’s shocking that a property in this condition is even listed on Expedia. Conclusion This stay was an absolute disaster. Between the negligence, lack of communication, and disgusting unit conditions, this property should not be operating let alone advertised on Expedia. This is the worst experience I’ve had in my decade of using this platform.

I had an amazing stay at this condo in BGC! The location is perfect. I loved being able to walk around and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The view of the Uptown Mall fountain is beautiful, especially in the evenings. The unit itself is clean, cozy, and just the right size for a small family. It's also incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located spot in BGC!

This property is well located near shops, restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The unit was clean and spacious. Would have appreciated some drinking water in the unit as we arrived late at night and had to step out to find a mini mart.

BGC in itself was a great location. The downside was inside the unit. The A/C was not working properly. And the worst part was the beddings were filthy. I found buggers on sofa bed ( i have pictures) and wish i can upload it. It was a horrible 5 days stay in this place.

When we arrived at that hotel on the forays day, we had a difficulty to check in because we didn’t know that system well. But one nice clerk at the front desk, he was really helpful and finally we could check in thanks to him. We could not have slept without his help. We’d like to come back to that hotel again!

Although I paid in full prior to arriving, and a couple of hours after check in time I was still forced to wait 2 hours to gain access to the room. I will never under any circumstances recommend anyone stay there. The customer is totally unimportant to them, but your money is welcomed.

Property meaning the place itself is ok the unit though in south V 7 needs some cleaning.. sheets were nasty with stains and the kitchen was filthy.. I had to clean it myself..there were 8 7 cockr that I had to exterminate myself. Hallway needs AC some elevator were non functional.. it could be better
