「There were no maps on showing us how to enter the property. The roads are all one way and due to the holiday the traffic was awful. It took several attempts to find which gate to enter. Then the check in was dreadful. Only one staff handling all of the check-ins and the line was long and took us over an hour to check-in. The view of Taal lake and Taal volcano crater from the room were excellent. It was nice we had a kitchen and didn't have to go out to eat. My family was happy that New Years eve...

「This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. If you want to stay away from noisy and want to stay inside a jungle it is perfect for. If you want to tour around the place but if you dont have a car, it is not accessible to anywhere. have a swimming pool and provide breakfast, hotel entrance has a bar restaurant and a coffee shop and you...
