「Everything was clean, recommend, excelente place to stay.」

「I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. The 1st room I checked into smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was broken. They moved me. Stilled smelled like mildew, but at that point just wanted a room. Then it...

「We stayed for 5 nights and nobody can to change the sheets to the bed or give fresh clean towels. We put the sign at the door and nothing, the front desk was too busy and said they will but they didn’t. Maybe because of the World Cup they were busy, but they knew was going to be like that and the price we paid was not worth it at all.」

The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!」

「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」
