"Staff was so helpful and happy!! The room served its purpose however I do have to note , the floors were filthy. Hadn’t been swept in who knows how long. Walls were a bit dirty towards the bottom but room decor was nice "

"I would give it 5 stars but the heating and cooling system was difficult to understand. Also when we had walked in, it smelt like a window hasn’t been opened there in a month the room smelt a bit rotten. Thank God we had air freshener and Lysol, thanks to my ocd. But other than that it was pleasing to what we needed it for. "

"Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible. "

"Staff is pretty unfriendly. Make sure you show up at check-in time and not even a minute before or they will try and charge you their early check-in fee. Unfortunately I saw a few parties being hassled about it. Other than that, no complaints. Hotel is clean enough and close to subways so it does the job."
