「very classic, very new-orleans hotel, i love the yard also 」

「The hotel was a lot of fun! Cool library cafe, nice pool bar and pool area but I do wish there was a little more space to sit around the pool. The rooms were very clean, bright, and a cool layout. Love that the toilet, shower and sink are all separate. Spacious closets with deep drawers. Plant of counter space. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Beautiful hotel, great location. Only complaint would be that our room had no windows so there was no view to outside. However, our friends loved that because the room was dark for sleeping in. Parking might also be an issue because they only have valet service and if you don’t use that, there is a public pay-to-park lot next door. Be sure you follow instructions to a tee and pay in advance or they will put a boot on your car within a few minutes after you walk away. Several cars had boots on...

「Hotel was in a great location. Parking was not too far away. Only a few short blocks away at a very nice mall. They had coffee and water in the lobby 24 hours. Bed was super comfortable. Only issue we had was when they did give us maid service which was only once during our 5 day stay. They did not make up bed or even sweep up. Only added new towels. Soap dispensers were empty in shower and almost empty in bathroom. One night returning late the trash in lobby was overflowing and coffee / water...

「The Intercontinenal Hotel is an older (but updated) hotel in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It is a perfect location to walk to the restaurants, galleries, music, etc. The check-in staff was amazing, friendly and efficient. However, the valet is horrible. For $50 a day, we expected much better service. More than half the time, we had to walk over the partking lot to get our car ourselves.
