「We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland/Independence. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. 「The room was clean and from what I saw the hotel was too. The parking lot had a lot of cigatette butts. The shower was lacking with the water pressure. There was no clock in the room or instructions as to using the wifi. The other occupants were very noisy during the night and in the morning. Very thin walls. Saturday night there was some kind of issue as quite a few police cars came but don't know what that was about. We won't go back there.」
