"Clean room and kind staff"

"We were given the wrong room, the correct room was not clean and had toilet issues. The toilet did get fixed promptly but the cleaning was not done well even after asking for it."

"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "

"Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again."

"I had a great stay at the Red Roof Inn Independence. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay really enjoyable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Alex for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great customer service like that really stands out. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Booking showed that pool hours were 530-11 which is why this particular hotel was booked for kids to swim and hours were actually 9-9. Pool is shared and actually holiday inn pool so must get pool card from that hotel to use pool and was not informed of this until going to use the pool to find it was closed anyways"
