「The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there was no drain stopper in the sink making it hard to shave and the stopper in the tub didn’t work at all The staff in the bistro were constantly having loud conversations or arguments while we were eating breakfast The temperature in the room was always too hot or too cold. There must have been something wrong with the thermostat The remote for the TV was not properly responsive There was poor lighting in the room and very few outlets」

「First the elevator was broke. We were on the 3rd floor. Then the toilet was clogged. then the coffee machine didn't work. The restaurant was closed due to a convention and we had to use the vending machines for our dinner. Also there was no breakfast due to the convention,\ Terrible experience. And they didn't even offer a discount due to all the problems. Will NEVER stay there again!」

「My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved.
