Was here for business and the Lady at the front desk was so nice - gave me a few on the go items from the breakfast choices as she knew I had to check out very early before breakfast was offered. Great hotel, lots of places to eat nearby and close to the freeway.

Check-In was good, the room was nice, but it was the cleanest. The free breakfast was good, and check-out was smooth. No issues besides the room not being clean.

Terrible property! Mood issue was disgusting. You can smell the mold in the hallways. The room had so much mold, it smelled, you could feel the moisture as soon as you walk in the room, and the mold was so bad that you could see it clear as day on the ceiling like nobody cares to do anything about it, and I have the pictures to prove it. It was so bad they had to move me. Once they did, the next room had the same issue but not as bad as the first one. But you smell the mold, feel the moisture, and eve see the light on the seat was staring to get rust spot due to the moisture in the room. I also have pictures of that as well. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in years it looks like, the jacuzzi was closed and had brown water. The place was a disaster to say the least. If you need a hotel, I promise you this isn’t the hotel you want to stay in. I didn’t even stay, that’s how nasty it was. Dirty walls that were half ass wiped. Not worth the money or the headache.

We switched rooms three times because the bathrooms were filthy. Although an employee corroborated the lack of cleanliness, the person at the front desk was annoyed at me complaining. I never had an issue like this in my life. This hotel does not deserve the 9.4 rating, to me is a 4.9.

New hotel but room was not clean, had hair in the bathroom and one of the beds.

Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness and condition of property made our stay disappointing. Our first room had crumbs around the bed, lots of dust and sticky had prints on glass and a large stain on covers. The hotel was very accommodating in giving us a new room but that one was just not up to par either. We went to the pool and the water was cloudy and there was a ceiling leak in the gym. Breakfast was good and lobby and surrounding area was nice.

For the two weeks I stayed, housekeeping was not attentive. Clean towels were left but no attempt to take garbage or dirty towels from room. Sheets were never changed even after I informed front desk to conditions.

The room was nice. The glass door to the bathroom is pretty bright for anyone still asleep in bed, however. The hall noise was very loud until late and clearly someone was smoking weed. My check in experience was not welcoming; the staff person seemed very busy and distracted, with no friendliness whatsoever. I was handed the key cards with not even a word, no explanation of where the elevator was or anything.

The staff is excellent here! We would stay more often if pets were allowed. We have one dog who is 19 lbs and he sleeps in a crate at night.

Nice stay while in town for work. I had to leave earlier than when breakfast was available - would’ve been nice to have fruit or coffee in the lobby for people leaving early. Steak house was right next door which was nice for dinner.
