The hotel was nice for a weekend stay. Upon checkin the worker only asked for my ID and then handed the room keys. On checkout day (Sunday morning) the staff called the room at 7:30 Am to wake us up (a noon checkout time) to say there was something wrong with my credit card. After trying to process 2 different cards a manager then came and insisted nothing went through and then I paid cash. To then come home and find out I was charged the full amount 3 times on those credit cards and now having to deal with the bank. A HUGE inconvenience and annoyance overall.

The hotel was okay for a short stay nothing special. The room felt a bit old, and there were a few stains on the curtains, but it wasn’t terrible. Everything worked fine, and it was decent for a quick overnight stop. Wouldn’t recommend for a long visit, but it does the job if you just need a place to crash.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though she messed up my order, but she served me a really good drink. I also had to pay $10 a night to park in the parking lot which I did not understand because nowhere on the website did it say you had to pay for parking especially since their lot was really empty.

Spacious room. Restaurant, pool, and exercise facilities. Courteous personnel. Disappointed that the room did not have housekeeping services between the two nights we stayed. Emailed receipt did not have the room charges, only noted a $0 balance.
