Los elevadores no funcionaban, tuve que subir las escaleras para el quinto piso y cuando llegaba a la habitación la tarjeta llave de entrar estaba desactivada y tuve que bajar nuevamente por laa escaleras para el lobby para que la activaran. Eso ocurrió en las siguientes dos noches de haber hecho el check in. Nunca recogieron la basura del cuarto ni llevaron toallas limpias. La cafetera estaba defectuosa.

Something I wished was posted I finalized my reservation: This hotel has a $100 deposit and cash is NOT accepted. Other than that, the room was very nice. Clean and spacious. The water in the bathroom was a little wonky... tried to shower on the night we arrived but the water was scalding hot and wouldn't get any cooler. The toilet water was even hot. Woke up the next morning and it was fine. Not sure what happened there. I would've asked to switch rooms the night before but we were too tired and didn't feel like moving all of our stuff to a new room. We were only there overnight. The staff was nice.

Room was on 5th floor, no elevators working, no hot water in the entire hotel, heat was broken in the room, front staff would not bring up bedding for the pull out couch because elevators were broken. Fire alarm kept going off through out the night

We stayed in room 136. The elevators were down which okay they accommodated us by putting us in a room on the ground floor. We get into the room, and the sliding door that leads to outside was completely broken. The lock was completely off and anybody who wanted to enter through our room could. I spoke to the front desk girl and she basically told me there was nothing she could do about it. Great. So sleeping with an unlocked door was super fun. We then went to shower and there was NO HOT WATER. again- i went up to the front desk and they stated the entire hotel was out as the hot water tank was out. Nothing was done to accommodate me and my guests. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying there.

Entire stay was ok at best. The room wasn’t as clean. There was stained blood on the sheet and comforter. Blood on the hallway floor by the elevators. The bathtub wasn’t clean and clogged when taking a shower. It was also rowdy past midnight hours with no warning to bring down volume. Pool and hot tub not functional during stay. Personally wouldn’t stay again.

staff was extremely rude, so rude it prompted the guest waiting in line behind me to speak up and say something. which then resulting in the front desk agent and said guest to start yelling at each other. the pool was disgusting; you could clearly see a gross film on top and water was cloudy-- the hot tub was broken- would never ever recommend or return

Front desk guy was a bit rude and unwelcoming. I was asking help to check on a booking made he did not even bother checking the details i was showing him on my phone and said he cant find rhe reservation details. He was even eating and chewing peanuts or something while he was taling to me. Bathroom drainage was clogged, tv was not working

Just OK. Beds were comfortable- needs a facelift in the rooms - hallways- and elevator. But I got a great price so can’t be too picky. Major issue was there was no HOT WATER! Barely was Luke warm to do a wash up at the sink. We let the water run for over 20 minutes hoping it would get warmer in both the sink and shower it never got warm.

My husband fell outside the property didn’t have salt to melt the snow. Dirty rooms we got moved 3times during our 4night stay no heat, room smell like pee, someone threw up in the pool and the next day pool open and it wasn’t clean. Condoms left in the stair way, dirty laundry and trash in the halls left in the halls all night.
