"I made reservations for a 2 bedroom and staff place me a king room. The reason that I wanted 2 beds was while attending my brother's birthday party. My daughter and other family could Stay with me so that can be safe. My room had ants by the AC unit which traveled onto the desk, By the way I spoke to staff about my room and they stated they had to give me that room for they were busy with other guests who had more family. My bathtub would drain slowly making me haven to take a shower in slow draining water. They also only had one face towel and one body towel. Meaning that I would to use the same towels if I wanted to wash myself up I asked the front desk person for my towels and she did bring me 2 body towels yet no face towels or towels for when you get out the shower. She said that they only had body towels. With all of this I'm very unhappy with my combinations. "

"The property itself is just ok. Nothing flashy. The breakfast is grab and go items like yogurt and granola bars. Check in and check out took way too long. There was no staff at the desk so we had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time to be helped. While the facility is supposed to be nonsmoking the place smelled like weed at all times. The room across from us had a dog that loved to bark."

"First we get there at 4:30 had to wait over an hour for our room. Then Our room was broken into at 03:30am, followed by front staff banging on the door trying to kick us out of the room stating we were in the wrong room. Threatening to call police on us. Ultimately we left by choice at 04:30am. Also had stripped beds and trash in the room when we first arrived. Room wasn’t even ready when they let us in."

"The bathroom was not clean how it was supposed to be. The tub look like somebody just took a bath and left dirt in there. The side of the tub was dirty. The air conditioner was old, the building had the heat on which couldn’t be controlled. When the air got turned on my family instantly started coughing like something was in the air. There is no microwave present I was unable to warm up food I had. The staff was rude I spoke to the lady at the front desk she gave me a head nod. Upon checking on we were getting my stuff together and was forced out by house keeping, they banged on the door like they were the police. I wish I could get a refund this visit was unpleasant."
