"On the afternoon that we checked in, the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and helpful. Everyone else that we came in contact with were not. When checking out, I didn’t even get a “How was your stay” or even a goodbye!"

"First we get there at 4:30 had to wait over an hour for our room. Then Our room was broken into at 03:30am, followed by front staff banging on the door trying to kick us out of the room stating we were in the wrong room. Threatening to call police on us. Ultimately we left by choice at 04:30am. Also had stripped beds and trash in the room when we first arrived. Room wasn’t even ready when they let us in."

"The bathroom was not clean how it was supposed to be. The tub look like somebody just took a bath and left dirt in there. The side of the tub was dirty. The air conditioner was old, the building had the heat on which couldn’t be controlled. When the air got turned on my family instantly started coughing like something was in the air. There is no microwave present I was unable to warm up food I had. The staff was rude I spoke to the lady at the front desk she gave me a head nod. Upon checking on we were getting my stuff together and was forced out by house keeping, they banged on the door like they were the police. I wish I could get a refund this visit was unpleasant."

"Worst hotel experience. My deluxe 2 bed hotel room got downgraded to a single bed room two days prior to my arrival without any email, text, or notification telling me this. Apparently Expedia changed the room and since they're a "third party" the hotel couldn't do anything or give me any money back. They told me they would bring bedding up for the pull out couch I was not excited to use, but they did not. I tried using the vending machines and they didnt work, and the hotel had no change for a 20. Again, the vending machines were from a "third party" so they couldn't do anything and I was expected to just allow my cars to "process" for who knows how long. There were stains on the comforter, the room smelled like cat urine. "

"We booked this room last minute when our Air Bnb canceled. Our expectations weren’t high, especially because it was such a good price. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a really nice room! The little kitchen had everything you could need, and not cheap rinky dink appliances, they were updated. Then, when I checked out the bathroom, not only was it clean, and also updated, they supplied dove products, including a little dove bar of soap. What really sold me and will have me booking with them again was the thoughtfulness when they thought to put makeup wipes on the vanity. 10/10 recommend and will be back to other locations as well!"
