「Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of work. The hot tub is completely out of commission. Breakfast is only cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread etc. and fruit every other day. Our bathroom was unfinished, toilet was loud, and ants were crawling the walls and vanity. Most frustrating was requesting towels twice (because there weren't enough provided for a two night stay and asking for help with the ant situation and they never came up or brought towels.」

「The Drury Hotel was clean and very regal. The staff was nice and helpful. I liked that the room access was secure with room key access panels on the elevators. We did not use the pool or hot tub but wish we had. They looked very nice and kept up well. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. So many choices and the food was excellent.
