This location was amazing. It was very clean and well organized. They thought of everything you might need in the kitchenette & bathroom. We would highly recommend this location.

Good location, nice clean basic unit. Good communication from management group. Very walkable spot - felt safe. One drawback was that street traffic was quite noisy on the weekend evenings- even with the windows closed. Drivers were revving their engines, etc so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive. I was glad I brought mine and enjoyed our stay

Slightly confusing check in, and difficult to find a place on the street to stop. But once in and with parking garage access, it was very convenient. The rooftop was underutilized by residents and made a lovely, peaceful place to hang out and read.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Location and parking were amazing. The walls are very thin and street noise could be an issue for some. The owner’s communication was great. Malfunction with smoke alarm at 5am was bad but at least I had to get up anyway. Beds comfortable. I would add some better quality towels and some sidetables for each side of the bed and some hanging soap dishes for the showers or some kind of hanging caddy. I would come back.

This is a great value and a really nice spot. I had some small complaints about it that are very fixable. For instance, sometimes the communication was a little lacking. We didn't always understand what we were supposed to do to get in or to park. Also they would benefit from better communicating some of the very positive features, like the rooftop clubhouse and pool. We didn't even realize we had access to it until a couple of days in. That said it's a nice one bedroom apartment that works great for a couple of people for a short stay. And it's clearly one of the best values downtown. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family or friends.

Nice place and reasonably priced for the location downtown. I was going to Guardians games all weekend so it was great for that. I do wish there was a screen in the window so I could’ve had fresh air instead of AC being in the 60s at night. Not a ton of parking to go in and grab the keys but can’t expect much for being downtown, no fault to the owners. Other than that, the amenities were great. There’s a gym and a sauna. The atmosphere and decor are really cool.

The place was very clean, lots of closet space, and the location was excellent, about halfway between the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field. Many things to do, free parking, very enjoyable experience. Great pool area on the top floor. We would defiantly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our trip to Cleveland. We were able to walk every where--be it to activities or places to eat--from this terrific apartment. It was clean and had all we needed with one exception. The air conditioner is right by the bed. It got uncomfortable at night with the cold air blowing on us. If the bed and TV could be switched around from one wall to the other, it would have made it much more comfortable. Otherwise, we loved it.

not luxury. dirty windows, dirty bedroom carpet, dirty tops of appliances and ceiling fan blades. tiny containers of toiletries with no shelf in shower requiring all to be on shower floor. Uncomfortable firm foam pillows. bargain bath towel stock. Firm 10 am check out. Firm 4 pm check in (creating upsell opportunities for earlier/later times). Good location for many things, good communication and instructions, decent kitchen supplies/equipment, washed/dryer with supplies and Roku TV with use your accounts streaming options, close ramp parking.

In town for a football game at the stadium. Perfect distance for a little walk about 16 min or so. Same for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We had a studio which was perfect, modern and efficient but also had my husband's brothers and wives too. One in 1 bedroom and other in 2 bedroom based on availability when we booked and ALL were very well equipped. We were all on the 3rd floor which was also convenient. Walking disance to plenty of eating and drinking establishments. Very clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Cleveland.

This was the first of many apartment type rentals that we've stayed at that was way better than the picture & description! Perfect location in downtown Cleveland - we walked every day & were very close to Rocket Arena, Progressive Field, Playhouse Square, House of Blues & even Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. There are many restaurants nearby - I recommend Eat at Betts & Pizza 216. If you are looking for a place to have a nice & easy stay, this is your place!
