"The hotel could definitely use an update. The elevator floors were unclean and the chaise in my room was stained. I was unable to sleep the first night due to non stop rolling of a chair or heavy walking by the guest above. I called the front desk to report and the noise continued an additional hour before I dozed off. My room was not refreshed after I returned the following day so again I reported and retrieved fresh linen. The second day of stay my bed was made but I could see that the sink, shower and floor was still as I’d left them that morning. Trash unemptied."
