Overall, the stay wasn't terrible but the free breakfast was only cereal and bagels, there were no luggage carts when we got there and the staff said they only have two but we later found that one was broken. There were only three towels in the bathroom when we said we were going tk have 4 people and they didn't hace any extra bath towels to give us, so they gave us the small pool towels instead. It was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly and it was in a prime area. I probably wouldn't stay there again unless it's the only option.

I felt secure in this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helped me schedule the airport shuttle. While the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were lovely to use there was no soap available by the sink. Odd. The bed was very comfortable

Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with a yoghurt dispenser (a tasty vanilla, not sickly sweet like one usually finds) and good coffee all very tastefully presented. The hotel is super convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle.

Hotel was exactly what we needed for an early flight home. The staff and the text messaging system do not agree on the shuttle start time, however, we worked around that. Also, the pool was not open and I wish that would have been a notice before we booked. Overall it was a nice stay

The shuttle has limited hours, and that isn't advertised. We were stuck at the airport waiting for an Uber, and then we had to eat hotel frozen pizza. We wouldn't have stayed at the hotel had we known the shuttle wasn't always available.

My stay was great but terrifying lol. I had room 123. Now, I usually stay downtown Savannah in the historic district. I love anything with the supernatural. I have taken the ghost tours over and over. I was not expecting what happened last night to happen off the interstate. I have had many encounters but in all the cities I stay, Savannah, New Orleans, etc it’s always been in the historic district. Around 11pm we heard a big noise in bathroom. My husband goes to check and one of the bottles attached to the shower wall fell completely off. We thought that was weird , but nothing bad. About 2am my husband wakes me up and asks me if I see someone at the window. He told me they were whispering and it was a white figure and a dark one. I’m thinking he’s half asleep and I ignore him telling him to go back to sleep. He said someone rubbed the top of his head like giving a massage with one hand real hard. I went back to sleep and I was in and out till around 3:20am and I turned towards him and someone massaged the top of my head real hard- twice real fast. I raised straight up and woke him up. I sit up in bed knowing this was the witching hour and felt something was in the room. I was literally scared to go to the bathroom. I tried to go back to sleep and I heard someone whistling a pirate song. It was like he was repeating it over and over after a few lines. I’m out of characters to write, you can contact me if you want. Ghost lovers, I highly recommend this room. :)

Checking in went smoothly once the clerk showed up. They were away from the desk, which I know happens, but it would have been nice if a note was left or even a bell to ring. The room was nice and clean and had plenty of space with a king bed. The walls are thin, so be mindful of this fact. The lobby and breakfast area looks really nice and cozy. I unfortunately left too early to enjoy the breakfast.
