On the positive side, it was clean. The mattress was horrible. Torn carpet on the steps. No elevator. Continental breakfast. Staff outside in the middle of the night talking very loudly, just above our room. For one quick stay over it's ok.

I don't understand the precheck in. When I arrived, they required everything anyway. Staff was polite. i was asked if a second floor room was ok. I said yes and was told "good, there is nothing left on the first floor." Then I find out there is no elevator.
