I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Savannah Airport in Pooler, Georgia, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is modern, well‑maintained, and conveniently located just minutes from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. It’s also within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, which made the stay especially convenient. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and warmth. From check‑in to check‑out, every interaction felt attentive and efficient. The hotel maintains a strong reputation for friendly service, and my experience aligned with that trend.The rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The bedding was comfortable, and the workspace was ideal for productivity. Many travelers highlight the hotel’s high cleanliness scores, and I found the same to be true during my stay. The Bistro offered reliable, made‑to‑order breakfast and dinner options, along with an evening bar featuring craft cocktails and beer. The 24/7 market was a convenient. I got to play Magic the Gatering at the Bistro and chatted with the wait staff. They were awesome people.

I stayed here two weeks ago in room 104 and the hot water did not work. Fast forward two weeks later, I stayed in room 204 and the same issue occurred, additionally the vent in the bathroom did not work. We informed the front desk reception at the time and she was very rude and unprofessional when we explained to her the issue. We left a voicemail for the general manager (she did not call back). We returned to the room and a 10.00 food credit was issued due to the inconvenience which was a slap in the face. I will not spending any money at this location or staying here again. Lastly, I went to check out of my room and the same front desk receptionist just glared at me with an attitude and did no lt speak during the interaction. Customer service is piss poor

We had a one night stop over from Florida on the way home. We booked the hotel as it had great reviews online. The hotel was less than "great". The lights were off in the parking lot and checkin area when we got there - making the area feel unsafe. I mentioned this to the hotel receptionist when I got there and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Didn't apologize and only came to the checkin desk when she knew I was checking in. Otherwise she was sitting in the lobby chatting with other employees. When we checked out early the next morning, the receptionist didn't even come the check out desk. Just called to me from the other side of the lobby that my receipt would be emailed to me. The experience was less than wonderful. I never stay at Marriotts as I've had bad experiences but thought I'd give it another try. Never again.

Good stay except for one issue tobe resolved

Overall good stay. Shuttle service was good, the lady driver was polite and helpful. Once issue was breakfast. I booked through Hotels.com and as seen in attached, breakfast is included in my booking. But Courtyard does not have record and according to the front office I have to pay extra. So what am i paying for such high rate if breakfast not included. I am not sure whether this is problem of hotels.com or courtyard but i hope someone will resolve it and let me knkw.

Hotel was not great, but had trouble when we went to breakfast. When booking the hotel, we paid for two breakfasts. However, when it came time to get breakfast, I was charged 43.34. Woman (the assistant manager) at restaurant was adamant that the charge was legitimate, even though the booking included two breakfasts. I would suggest if you are going to stay here, don’t pay for breakfast. Get it elsewhere (there are plenty of restaurants within five minutes).

Comfortable and Quiet Stay

This hotel is conveniently located, comfortable (especially the mattress), and peaceful. We did not hear any outside or guest noise inside our room. The hotel could use a good cleaning, especially the carpets. The shower is an open concept and water splashes on the floor even if you try to avoid it. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.
