Staff very unprofessional hotel was old and room had paint spots on floor. Bathroom had water damage on the trim and shower did not have a shelf to hold soap or body wash. Water was cold never got hot. Patched up paint on walls and lighting was very dim. Refrigerator does not get cold, key card did not workproperly, the property had a quinceañera party and their was limited parking. Hotel did not inform guess of a party going on. Just a horrible stay and experience. Will not recommend this Rat nest of a hotel to anyone. Please go somewhere else where you are comfortable and welcome.

LIP STICK ON A PIG. Desk chair is rusted the wheels don't roll, the seat is so disgusting.The back of it is webbed it's so dirty it looks like someone pulled it out of a trash can. I don't feel safe.The windows were unlocked when I got here.I can't open the curtains, to the windows because there are no shears and everybody can see straight in & they need to be open bc no good lighting. The floor is never been mopped disgusting.I can't even walk around barefooted.The AC works good, but it blows straight on you the whole time you sit in the bed.There are no drawers to store anything!! NOT a long stay place. Probably ok for one night only. All the cabinet doors are broken and sag look like they were rescued from a flood because they're all peeling up on the bottom or cracked on the side of the particle board. I had to cover my peek hole because the shield is broken and won't stay in place. The mattress COVER has blood stains on it! The desk area is just a shelf in what's supposed to also be the closest that only has 2 hangers in it.So if you hang your clothes up you can't use it as a desk area. The remote control to the TV is so disgusting and sticky , that you just know it has a million germs on it. Doors don't automatically close and there's no additional safety latch on the door.The pool is absolutely filthy and cannot swim in it. There's only one lounge chair around the pool and the little cabanas are disgusting.

Shower in my room was not working. Thought the whole faucet was going to pull out of the wall. It was fixed the day I reported it, but was not able to get shower before I left for the day. Was not given any compensation for the room since it was already paid for thur Expedia.

I was in town for a business trip Sunday to Thursday. No housekeeping visited my room nor was there a housekeeping tag on the doors. Breakfast was not what I expected so I ate at the Waffle House across the highway. The new of the hotel is different then whats on my receipt, different owner. I'm a frequent traveler and this was not one I will visit again.

The staff were super friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The parking was also easy to find as it is quiet big. Had a fun time in the pool and other amenities were also a great addition. The breakfast was delicious as well. Had a great time overall.

We moved from out of state and our home was not ready when we thought it would be, the staff were very kind to us an accommodating especially with having dogs. The full breakfast, not the normal Continental helped save us money as well. They understood us having a 26ft uhaul, pulling a trailer and our other cars there. They were extremely nice and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Far from Savannah (half hour drive) and noise problems. Room appeared clean but had an unpleasant smell, like curry. There was a door to the room next door that had a deadbolt on it, not a keyed one but a flip. I was afraid to turn it and see if my neighbors and I could just waltz into each others rooms. Noise and soundproofing was a huge problem, I could very loudly hear my neighbors talking in the room next door. It woke me up in the morning. Breakfast was ok but not exciting. Would not stay here again.

The property is outdated. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up. There were no wires for it. The bathroom was tiny and the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. The walls are thin. I was awakened from my sleep by the voices in the next door room. THE WORST PART of the stay was, our room was on the second floor but the hotel doesn't have elevators. So we struggled to carry all of our luggage up and down flights of stairs. I booked this hotel because of the rating and reviews but I'm wondering if those are either paid reviews or reviews from bots. Either way, I would not suggest staying there.

Clean rooms and great staff made the stay very comfortable. The outdoor pool and overall amenities were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the live omelettes, which were fresh and delicious.

The floor in the room was so dirty.They were 2 small band aids stuck on the floor, dirt and grime on the baseboard and floor.Took pictures because it was unacceptable.Holes in the curtains. The staff were all wonderful, efficient and friendly However it was obvious that this is a hotel in transition. First sign was still “Courtyard” with a small banner noting the new name. My car GPS had not made the change yet either. And while my room was neat, clean and freshly painted someone neglected to install a shower door or curtain. The breakfast was first class with Shawn serving custom made great omelettes with a great sunny disposition. Yes I’d definitely stay again
