「We got a handicapped room, which we didn't ask for but I suppose it can happen. The room smelled musty and had a water stain on the ceiling. You should absolutely look into that. The bathroom definitely could have been cleaned better. The mirror, floor, and shower all had streaks, stains, and dirt when we arrived.
