「Wir hatten einen schrecklichen Aufenthalt dort! Es war laut, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. In den Nachbarzimmern/Flur wurde Gras geraucht. Leider hatten wir dieses Hotel anlässlich unseres Geburtstags gebucht…aber es war die schlimmste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise. Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld angegeben, dass es sich um eine spezielle Reise handelt und um ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Unsere Anfrage wurde weder vorher beantwortet noch hat es das Personal beim Einchecken...

「Royal Palms is nicely located, went for mini reunion with Navy vets and wives. 1st the good…. Staff was great (Becky) very helpful. Best thing about the room… the bed, very comfortable. The bad…. If you notice on the motel pictures and description, the bathroom is omitted. It is barely functional and in some cases, not functional. 「Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable.」

「Our biggest complaint is that the TV in the room didn't work. It wasn't just our room, it was the whole property. The first day we arrived and it wasn't working, the staff said they were working on getting it fixed. The next day we saw a Xfinity truck so we had hope it was going to be fixed, but no. Xfinity said nothing was wrong on their end. The message on the screen said the device was not activated. We stayed FIVE nights and it was not fixed when we left. Of course we weren't there to watch...

「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」

「The location is absolutely perfect. The free breakfast is pretty darn tasty! Lots of items to choose from daily. The pool was heated which was so nice in March! The property is close to everything. 5 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. You can rent bikes at the property as well. I would def go back for the price and the amenities. 」
