"View was decent. The back parking lot between the hotel and the dunes, takes away from the view and can be noisy at night, but that's ok.... it's Tybee. Room was clean, the staff was great. It's taken me 17 years to acquire a room due to lack of availability at my time of travel, but it will always be my first inquiry. "

"The hotel is located close to the beach and the pool is clean and nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room is dated."

"The toliet tank cover was too big. So it would bang against the wall every time you sit on the toilet. The swing bar door lock was loose and didn't work. You can tell that this place was probably recently renovated it's almost like putting lipstick on a pig. My room was right across from the elevator and constant noise at 1:30 2:30 and 4:00 in the morning. The refrigerator was buzzing all night long almost like a hum which made it hard to sleep. The only good thing about this place is if you want to be close to all of the stuff going on on that strip. If you like that. Id imagine in season it would be noisey. Ohvand the tables were wabley. I would'nt go back."

"The property was very nice, clean and close to the beach. The owners really paid attention to detail when they were flipping this property. Also, the bed was great, very comfortable. There were a few things that irked me: (1) taking out the trash (why did I pay a cleaning fee?); (2) the 4 p.m. check-in with a 10 a.m. checkout. Too late and too early. Lastly, the contract was overly long and oppressive. Felt like there was a contingency for everything. Made me a little paranoid. Overall, would definitely stay again. "
