「Rick provides an excellent breakfast and some great conversation. Definitely better than the regular boring hotel. The parking lot is small, so maybe bring a midsize or compact vehicle vs a full size crew cab truck.」

「We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed Tybee Island. The motel is in a great place for access to the beach, it has its own clean pool, the room was comfortable and we had a little extra room with a coffee machine and fridge which was handy. the bathroom was teeny but the shower worked and we managed fine. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again.」

「At first, I was very impressed with this hotel, but then I got to my room, and about 30 minutes later, a roach was crawling on the wall. You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel.」

「I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we...

「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」
