"If I could give it zero stars I would. I booked a king room, but when i got there i was informed there was only one double bed room left, ok i took it. The front desk worker was nice and check in was easy. I pulled around back to the room, opened the door and the smell that greeted me was definitely an indication of what was to come when I turned on the light. The curtain had what appeared to be blood and mold on it. The ceiling had black spots on it, which looked to be mold. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Needless to say, I didnt stay, I immediately went back to the front desk for a refund in which the lady didnt exchange words with me about it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, not even for a pet."

"Constantly a loooong wait for the one elevator that works (the other isn’t operating). Way too long. AC in the room did not work well, never really got cool. Sad breakfast spread. Not worth the $$."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the all-suites hotel. The room was spacious and well arranged. The breakfast was delicious. With the bad weather, we weren't able to use the pool, but it looked nice. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast, conversations, or BYOB. The hotel is close to the Convention Hall, but walkable to the French Quarter for those that are used to walking. Note that the valet parking lot is not covered."

"This was an amazing stay. Walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the room next to you. But other than that I have no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and the valet attendants were amazing. The security were also super friendly. 9.85/10!!! Highly recommend!!"

"Our stay was relaxed, comfortable, and quiet. We were a bit concerned about being so close to all the action of french quarter fest. turns out We couldn't have picked a better place for a walking vacation."
