「There was no flooring, the first half of the hallway had no doorknobs, there were no tv's, the room was gross, the front desk had everything from toilet paper to towels because it couldnt be ke I walked out told my kids I thought i finally booked the hotel that killed us and left 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and quality of food. A special highlight was the surprise 5:30 kickback, which was lovely and unexpected. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again.」
