"Check-in is a slow process, the check-in staff was rude to my spouse. The room itself lacks amenities, there are no microwaves and if we asked for some means to reheating leftover food or warm up some milk for my kid they mentioned that we need to go to some convenience store where they might charge for it. No kettle, so when my kid needed some warm water - I was told that I had to use the coffee pot for hot water. I was surprised at the ridiculous suggestion of the reception. Pools are always crowded - but I guess we can't control that. If you thought that benches by the beach might be complimentary - think again. It can only be rented. Parking is more expensive than a day of renting the car! I'd recommend staying in any home stay over this cash grab."

"Hello, I must say the view of this hotel is nice, it is located on the downtown area which doesn’t seem to be a busy place like Miami which was a plus. The hotel staff on arrival was great with a friendly and caring personality. Our room that was given to us was not up to our Standards, this room needed major renovation overall. This hotel was not what I am normally used to but we made it work after our room was changed to a more updated one. The positive take away is the room is a suite basically with two living room, dining room, full Kitchen with essential items needed and a washer and dryer. This would be great for a family with kids. For the price paid, we could have stayed in Hilton or another hotel that we are familiar with. This is not in the tourist industry as well but drive time is not too far away. Renting a car is not suggested because parking is like $45 a night. We made the best of the stay because our itinerary was jammed packed everyday so we were only there to Sleep and shower."

"All rooms had an ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were close to the rest of our party who had booked separately. Even though it was busy the design of the towers made it not feel crowded at all. The pools were perfect with amazing sunsets! We were within a very short walk you our outstanding back to back Pink Sails turtle snorkeling and then coming off one of their boats to hop on another one to go on a whale watching tour. The hotel amenities were perfect with a cafe on site as well as a highly recommended restaurant. The bar staff at the pool had the best costumer service. We will be coming back for sure!"
