"The hotel offers you a bunch of amenities, honestly, it has a lot of things to do and also many options for dining, however if you travel during low season and with kids it’s not the best option since the pool is not open for kids unless is Friday or the weekend. Our room was overall clean although in needs a little deep cleaning and update. There was some wear and tear here and there that could be address. The staff was great, from all the restaurants in there not all of them were opened so be mindful with that."

"I always bring my Mommy here to have some fun and Tropicana never disappoints. However would be good to have more entertainment somehow."

"Honestly, the best part of the stay is the location in relation to everything around it like the boardwalk, beach and venues like Hard Rock and Ocean for events. The price reflects the conditions and age of the building, rooms and public spaces. If they eventually refurbish the property, I expect room prices would triple or quadruple. But for now, if you value location and price --- this is the place for you. You get what you pay for... so only book if you are comfortable with elevators that occasionally skip a beat and drop a floor, endless smells of years gone by, and a 1970's roadside motel feel to the room."

"The stay was great had a wonderful time and breakfast was delicious. The only drawback for me was I'm height challenged and my room was on thec4th floor. Next i would request for a room no higher than the second floor. Great Place to stay and so close to everything even walking distance to and around town."
