「The staff itself was overall outstanding however they are extremely slow when it comes to dining you wait 45 minutes for an appetizer 45 minutes for your dinner 45 minutes for dessert it was just unbelievably shocking but everything else in the property was just breathtaking」

「Beautiful setting in the middle of nature with great variety if wildlife and activities on premises. Not quiet, as at night all animals come alive, but for us the jungle noises and rain were super relaxing. Excellent service and food. Ownership truly cares about the environment and growing this ecosystem. Fantastic! One of a kind!」

「This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped.」
