"Pool view. fridge didn't work, ac loud, lock on poolside didn't work, mildew smelling room…switched rooms. Still old and nasty tiny bathroom shower. Absolutely no accommodation or late checkout allowed for bad experience."

"Beautiful view. I was skeptical about staying here because after I booked I seen reviews of roaches but I wasn’t able to cancel. I was there from Thursday-Saturday and didn’t see any bugs at all. The room was really clean. Clean sheets. Clean bathtub, which is rare for all of those to be in good shape. Staff came in while we were gone and made the bed and swept the floor. I was very satisfied with the stay. "

"Had cold water the first night but that was fixed the second night. The trans person receptionist was very dismissive when I told them about the water issue. There were people being very loud outside in the central common area until near midnight. The breakfast was also very limited. All that said, it was very clean in the room and the inn itself has an excellent location central to pretty much everything in Ocala."

"Upon arrival, parking is confusing. You can pay $50/day to valet park or self-park across the street behind a barbecue place for $38/day. During check-in, there is a line exclusively for a Hilton honor rewards members, but no one pays attention to it because every staff member called up people in the normal line instead of the people in the rewards line. After check-in, only 2 of the 4 elevators were working, so it took quite a bit of time to get to our floor. The actual hotel itself was very clean and great access directly to the beach. We were upgraded to an oceanfront view compared to a normal ocean view (this is part city and part ocean). The beds were decent, but nothing amazing. The room and bathroom was clean. With an oceanfront view, there is no balcony. We had a sliding glass door that can open and allow us to have fresh air come in, but there is no space to walk out to a balcony."

"We did book our room under the impression that we had a private beach, balcony, and bayfront view. The private beach area is very small, no balcony just your typical top floor walkway at a regular hotel that everyone has access to, && view is ok “bay front view” here isn’t your typical idea pictured when you usually book at other hotels on the beach. Only small minor complaints fr. Our housekeeper ms Toby was very friendly, professional, organized, and kept our room as if no one ever checked into it (in other words very clean and fresh towels, linen etc.) when we checked in around 8pm a lady named Felicia greeted us and during this time she was alone and very busy from current guest, others checking in as well and also calling front desk. She never got overwhelmed continued to help us book our stay another day longer, had one of the best attitudes I’ve came across in a veryyyy LONG time from a hotel front desk! Ms Felica was outgoing, sweet, funny, patient, knowledgeable and all together one of the best interactions I’ve had while checking into a hotel (as myself and my husband travel for work across country) we will definitely return for great hospitality because of Ms Toby (housekeeping) and Ms Felicia (Frontdesk) Thank yall "

"We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. The furniture is older but the room was cleaned daily. Walking distance from the Boardwalk and only a 15-20 minute drive to Destin. One downside was the parking fee, we paid $1,200 for 4 nights plus $15.00 per night parking and daily resort fees. I would've thought parking would be free being that you are already staying there but oh well. We had fun! We will 💯 be coming back. Thank you for the experience."
