「Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. 」

「We had a great check in and a surprising free upgrade. The hotel is in a great location and only a 5 minute walk to Broadway. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are really friendly and helpful. 」

「If you are going to a Concert at the Ascend or want to be down town this is the perfect spot. Google maps says its a 26 minute walk, however is less then 5 minutes to the venue, with crosswalks the whole way. I saw a Concert and was in bed sleeping 5 mins later. It was great. Lol. The place was clean and very quiet.」

「Our family of three was in town for a family reunion. The reunion hotel was sold out so we picked the one next door and couldn't be happier with it. It is older but it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was strong and shower water pressure was perfect. For the price we paid, I think it was a great hotel and great location to get to everything within a 20-minute drive or less. We would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again if we were in town.」
