"Lots of reviewing complaining about this property made me nervous but it was great. Right on the beach, clean, and spacious. And a great price!!!! It’s a little run down but I spent my time on the beach and the board walk and simply used the hotel for sleep and showers. Definitely booking again!"

"Overall it was a pleasant stay in a mostly clean room. The bathroom was rather dirty, it you close the door when you're in the bathroom you can see the buildup of dust and grime below the electrical box and on the towel shelf. The bathroom could definitely use more towel racks and hooks to hang stuff. And a much brighter light. The floor in the the main room was pretty dirty, my bare feet turned brown after walking around. This room could also use more hooks and a luggage racks. It's not convenient to keep a suitcase on the floor. On the plus side, the room was cool and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Proximity to the beach and the broad walk is great. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The resident cat, Cheetah, was so cute."
