「We had a great time and would probably stay here again. Only real negative was the room service - not a lot of options and dinner arrived in paper/plastic containers with no plates and not enough utensils (we did immediately call down to request plates but they never came). 」

「I love Margaritaville. My only surprise is that a hotel named after an alcoholic beverage has a ton of kids. It was impossible to find a calm area in the pool. The roof pool was closed off for a wedding, so we were disappointed to not have an adult area to unwind in. I don't mind kids, but we just like to relax peacefully. Room was very comfy and clean. Only weird thing is their doors in the bathroom, they are barn doors so you cannot lock it? Very odd when we did a couple's trip with...

「Very nice family resort style property. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Great bartenders! Only comment I would have is to note that this is a family resort and there were a lot of kids. The big pool is the kids' pool. There is an adult only pool, but the bar is by the big pool, which is where all the kids are at. We went before school was out, during the week, after spring break and there were still a lot of kids. Great for families with kids, just want to make sure all the adult...

「The staff is very kind and helpful, the room was clean but our sheets had old stains on them and the property definitely needs some maintenance (light bulbs, sinks, refrigerator). Although it’s out of the hotel’s control, the area and the crowd are not the safest. A lot of very intoxicated, loud people making noise at all hours of the night.」
