「The pictures are extremely in-accurate . It started with a complicated form we were sent that wouldn’t properly upload and this needed to be done before check-in. As soon as we entered the building, the horrible smell was very overwhelming and we all felt very sick. There was mould everywhere in the building, including our room. There was obvious flooding in the room with damage to the furniture that wasn’t changed. When I told this via email, they did not acknowledge any of this and just answer...
