「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「The Long Creel Hotel changed from being a Hampton Inn last summer. It was sold to a different chain. The hotel had clean rooms, an excellent staff, a pool, and an exercise room. It also had a continental breakfast. The hotel is supposed to be remodeled in 2026 and will include a bar. A nice place close to the Maine Mall. Very reasonable price to stay during the off season. 」

「the room is OK, big and clean. However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing". 3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is...

「Very stylish, clean, and comfortable hotel. We typically stay in the Oldport section of Portland but it was really nice to explore other areas. Lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. The hotel bar and coffee shop are great and very convenient. Look for those week day deals. Very affordable 」
