"We had a problem with the heat in our first room, and staff was very accommodating and relocated us to an upgraded room. Beautiful hotel; clean; friendly staff."

"The cleaning staff began banging on our door at 8:46am when checkout wasn't until noon.. after saying we weren't checking out until then we heard loud rude comments outside with noise that continued until we forcefully left , it seems odd there'd be a checkout time if the staff is going to try to kick you out 3hrs before hand, after I had a long day taking the bar exam the day before "

"I loved the spacious room and the separate sink and shower area was great. Oddly there were some ants walking around in the room, could not figure out where they were coming from. Being that it was February, this was strange. "
