「Everything and everyone was great!」

「Staff perfect, super clean, but very expensive, and the shuttles are very annoying. That’s my only complaint, be ready to spend around 2000 usd, we are a family of 5, you have to pay for everything. Havana moon restaurant, do not ask for yuca because it’s hard and masa’s de cerdo, are very tiny.it is not worth it at all. Jungala was were he stayed, be ready to pay for the water park 1500 and some restaurants are not open everyday and you have to reserve them.」

「I have had serval dissatisfaction and disappointment events from staff to service , Expedia says that there’s room service but there is a cut off time which is not mentioned, I didn’t get the bedroom selected on my reservation and many others, However it’s always best for each to have their own experience.」

「Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine.」

「The out door pool was amazing ! The bar by the pool and the staff were very friendly and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful . The Palms restaurant and Italian restaurants were our favorite. Unfortunately there were only four restaurants for families and one was only open for breakfast and lunch. One is a buffet that was just okay. The other restaurents in the other resorts are adult only - which one can understand.」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
