It’s a basic yet very functional hotel in lower Manhattan, abd reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel isn’t fancy, but for budget travelers it’s the best deal in Manhattan I’ve ever had.

It’s a hotel, was friendly staff that are helpful. The rooms were great with air-conditioning that you control the climate. It’s a small hotel and it was nice and quiet and is located near the financial District was walking distance from the Statue of Liberty view from battery Park in the Staten Island ferry also close distance to The World Trade Centre and public transportation right outside the door

The location was perfect. The floor was cold and there are no carpets in this hotel. Cold concrete floor everywhere. The ac was 62 Fahrenheit. We turned it up to 73 fahrenheit. Usually it should be at 68 F which is room temperature which is 20 degrees celsius. The bathroom was very small. Other than we are satisfied . The lady the reception was very kind and helpful. The price was reasonable . There were no unexpected surcharges. Only thing they can improve is to renovate it a bit and make it a bit more luxurious. They could start by either using marmer on the floor or carpet or wooden laminate.
